Every SlideTok agent connection uses:
MCP server URL: https://slidetok.com/api/mcp
A private, one-time setup code created inside your workspace
The URL is public. The setup code is not. Treat the setup code like a password: add it only to the trusted MCP connection screen in your agent, never to a public message, screenshot, ticket, or document.
Sign in to SlideTok.
Open the correct workspace.
Go to Agents.
Select Create connection.
Copy the MCP server URL.
Copy the setup code before leaving the page.
Only a workspace owner can create connection access. If Create connection is unavailable, ask the workspace owner to create it or review your role.
Open the MCP, Connections, Integrations, or Developer settings in your agent client. The wording differs by client.
Create a new custom MCP connection and enter:
Name: SlideTok
Server URL: https://slidetok.com/api/mcp
Authentication or setup code: the private code you just copied
Save the connection, then return to the agent conversation.
Ask:
Connect to SlideTok and tell me which workspace you can access. Do not create or change anything yet.
The response should identify the expected SlideTok workspace. If it names another workspace, stop and remove the connection before continuing.
Then ask:
List my SlideTok products and current connection permissions. Do not generate media.
This confirms that the agent can read the expected workspace without spending credits.
Use this prompt:
Help me prepare a SlideTok slideshow for [product link]. My goal is [installs, sign-ups, bookings, saves, or purchases]. Build or update the Product Profile, show me any missing proof, recommend three suitable directions, and prepare a text-only brief. Do not generate media until I approve it.
Check these in order:
The server URL is exactly https://slidetok.com/api/mcp.
The setup code was copied completely and has not been revoked.
You are adding it as an MCP connection, not pasting it into the chat.
Your agent client supports remote MCP servers.
The connection points to the expected SlideTok workspace.
If you no longer have the original setup code, create a new connection. Do not send the old or new code to support.
Revoke a connection from the Agents area when you stop using a client, change collaborators, or suspect the setup code was exposed. Create a fresh connection afterward if needed.
Revoking an agent connection does not delete your Product Profiles, slideshows, subscription, or workspace.
